At Underground Filament, we stand behind the quality of our materials. If you experience an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

We are makers too, and we want you to have a great printing experience with every spool.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The spool must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Because filament is a consumable product, opened or partially used spools cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

We will review the issue and may:

• Replace the product
• Issue a refund
• Provide store credit

If you believe a spool has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review the issue. We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the problem quickly.

Our goal is to make sure you receive filament that performs reliably in real-world prints.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A defective product
• A shipping error on our part
